Throughout the series "Death Note," Light Yagami's worldview undergoes a significant transformation. At the beginning, Light believes he is a righteous vigilante using the Death Note to eliminate criminals and create a better world. However, as he becomes more consumed by power and the desire to become a god-like figure, his sense of justice becomes twisted, leading him to commit more heinous acts and view himself as a deity who can judge and rule over others. Eventually, Light's worldview shifts from one of seeking justice to that of seeking absolute power and control, ultimately leading to his downfall.
