"The Secret Life of Walter Mitty" has the best use of real-world locations, with stunning shots of Iceland and Greenland enhancing the film's sense of adventure and wonder.

I would say the recent movie "1917" directed by Sam Mendes has one of the best use of real-world locations. The film was shot to look like it was done in one continuous take, which added to the intensity and realism of the story. The actual locations in the movie, such as the trenches and battlefields, provided an authentic backdrop that truly immersed the audience in the harrowing experience of the characters. The use of real-world locations enhanced the film by creating a sense of urgency, tension, and emotional impact that would have been difficult to achieve with sets or CGI.
