Minato Namikaze is a character in the Naruto anime series who is also known as the "Fourth Hokage." He was a highly skilled ninja who was known for his speed and expertise in using the Flying Thunder God Technique. Minato is also the father of the main protagonist, Naruto Uzumaki.
