Bees make honey through a fascinating process. They collect nectar from flowers using their long, tube-shaped tongues and store it in their "honey stomach." Once back at the hive, they pass the nectar to other worker bees through regurgitation. These worker bees then further process the nectar by adding enzymes and reducing its water content through evaporation. The bees then store the processed honey in honeycomb cells and fan it with their wings to dry it out even more, eventually capping the cells with beeswax for storage. This process results in the delicious honey that we enjoy.
