As of my knowledge, there are 9 countries that officially use the U.S. dollar as their official currency. These countries are: Ecuador, El Salvador, East Timor, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Palau, Turks and Caicos Islands, British Virgin Islands, and Zimbabwe.
