Condensation is the process in which water vapor in the air cools down and turns into liquid water. This happens when warm air rises and cools, causing the water vapor it carries to condense into tiny droplets. In the atmosphere, condensation plays a key role in the formation of clouds. When the water droplets in clouds continue to grow and combine, they eventually become heavy enough to fall to the ground as rain. So, condensation is directly related to rain as it is the process that leads to the formation of raindrops in clouds.
