The only part of the body that has no blood supply is the cornea in the eye. It takes in oxygen directly from the air.

The cornea is the transparent front part of the eye that covers the iris, pupil, and anterior chamber. It contains no blood vessels; instead, it gets oxygen directly through the air and tears.
